  • We are happy to offer free shipping on orders over $100!
  • Please allow 5 business days processing time before shipment.
  • Expedited shipping is available on request, email support@tiffanylane.net for rates after you place your order (we will send a separate invoice for additional shipping).
  • You will receive an email notification when your order is confirmed, and again when your order ships.  
  • We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses entered.  Our system uses the address as entered by the customer at checkout.  
  • We are unable to cancel orders after they are placed.

RETURN POLICY

Our hope is that you LOVE everything you receive from us!  However, if any item(s) does not work for you, here are the details of our return policy:

  • Tiffany Lane Boutique is not responsible for any lost/stolen/damaged packages. Please contact USPS/UPS with your tracking number for assistance.
  • Store credit only on eligible items returned. We do not provide refunds to original forms of payment.
  • Shipping costs are not eligible for store credits. 
  • If you received free shipping on your order and then return items that drops your order below the free shipping threshold, we will deduct shipping from your store credit issued for your return.
  • Due to high demand and limited quantities, we do not offer exchanges.  Once we process your return, a store credit will be issued and you can repurchase the size desired.  
  • Excessive returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee as they require a great deal of time from our team to process and prepare for resale.  
  • We do not issue return labels.
  • Actual product colors may vary from images shown due to different viewing devices and lighting.  
  • RETURN FAQs
  • Tiffany Lane Boutique will accept items meeting the return criteria that are postmarked within 14 days of delivery date.  
    • Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, tags attached, and in original packaging.
    • Please include order paperwork with your return.
    • Also, items must be odor and stain free (no smoke, perfume, deodorant, pet hair, makeup).

  • Allow 5-7 business days for returns to be processed once we receive them.
  • Once a return is received, we will inspect item(s) and either accept or reject the return.
  • Store credit will be applied to accepted items, and you will receive an e-mail notification of your credit.  Credits are issued on the platform you purchased on (tiffanylane.net or our Tiffany Lane Boutique app).  
  • If any of the return criteria are not met, you will not receive a store credit.
  • Rejected items will require a reshipping and handling fee at the customer’s expense. We will notify you via e-mail ONCE if an item(s) is rejected in order to arrange reshipping should you desire.
  • High customer return rates may result in a 20% restocking fee being applied to returned items.  We will notify you if this occurs, and the restocking fee will apply to any orders from the time we notified you.  
  • DAMAGED ITEMS
  • Should you receive a damaged item, please email support@tiffanylane.net within 24 hours of delivery.
    • Email subject line must contain DAMAGED
    • Include your first/last name and order number in the email
    • Attach photo(s) of damage
    • We will respond to you within one business day
