I made a purchase online and forgot to enter my gift card or coupon code, can you cancel my purchase and enter that for me?

  • Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders once they have been placed.
  • This means that we are unable to go back and enter gift cards or coupon codes after order completion.  We appreciate your understanding on this.

I made a purchase using a discount that is 25% or greater, can I return the item for a store credit?

  • All items purchased using a discount of 25% or greater are FINAL SALE.
