Returns

Our hope is that you LOVE everything you receive from us!  However, if any item(s) does not work for you, here are the details of our return policy:

RETURN POLICY

  • Our return policy is for store credit (in the form of an online gift card) only.  Store credits never expire
  • Shipping costs are not eligible for store credits.
  • In the event that items are returned causing your order value to fall below the free shipping threshold, shipping costs will be subtracted from your store credit.
  • Any items discounted 25% or more, doorbusters, and clearance are FINAL SALE.  
  • Tanks, bralettes, jewelry, accessories, hats, belts, purses, scarves, gloves, and seasonal/holiday(noted in description if final sale) items are FINAL SALE.  
  • Excessive returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

ITEMS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

  • Unworn, unwashed, original condition in original packaging
  • Free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, pet hair or other stains
  • Not final sale
  • Return must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery date
  • Please make sure items are eligible for return before mailing back to us

RETURNING AN ORDER

  • Please include original paperwork with your return.
  • Please allow 7-9 business days for returns to be processed once received.  
  • Prepaid labels will be deducted from your store credit when processed.  Returns must be mailed within 1-2 days of receiving label.
  • You will receive an email with your credit details once it is processed.  Please check your spam folder for your credit if you have not received it after the day processing window.  
  • Please note that we do not offer exchanges for sizes/colors. We will issue a store credit for returned items (as long as all of our return criteria are met), and then you can use the credit to purchase the item you need.

DAMAGED ITEMS

  • Should you receive a damaged item, please email support@tiffanylane.net within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Please include DAMAGE in your email subject line.  
  • Include your order number.
  • Attach photo of the damaged item.
  • We will respond within 1 business day.
