Returns

Our hope is that you LOVE everything you receive from us!  However, if any item(s) does not work for you, here are the details of our return policy:

RETURN POLICY

  • Our return policy is for store credit (in the form of an online gift card) only.  Store credits never expire
  • Shipping costs are not eligible for store credits.
  • Any items discounted 25% or more, door busters, and clearance items are FINAL SALE.  
  • Tanks, bralettes, leggings, jewelry, accessories, hats, belts, purses, scarves, gloves, and seasonal/holiday items are FINAL SALE.  
  • Excessive returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • Shoe box must be placed inside another package for return shipping

ITEMS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

  • Unworn, unwashed, original condition in original packaging
  • Free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, pet hair, or other stains
  • Not final sale
  • Return must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery date
  • Please make sure items are eligible for return before mailing them back to us

RETURNING AN ORDER

 How to Request a Return Using Our Prepaid Return Label

    1. Sign in to your account
    2. Access your order
      • Navigate to the order containing the item(s) you want to return
    3. Submit a return request
      • Click the return option on your order status page and select the items you wish to return
    4. Provide details
      • Fill out the return request form with information such as return reason and product condition
    5. Wait for approval
      • You'll receive an email notification once your return request has been reviewed
    6. Follow return instructions
      • If approved, you'll receive return shipping instructions and any applicable return labels via email

      What Happens Next:

          • Your return request will be reviewed based on our returns policy
          • If approved, you'll receive a confirmation email with shipping instructions
          • Return labels (if applicable) will be included in the confirmation email.  Prepaid labels will be deducted from your store credit when processed.  
          • You can track the status of your return through your customer account

      We suggest you include tracking, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

      Please ensure your return meets all of our return criteria before shipping.

      Please include original paperwork with all returns.

      Please allow 3-5 business days for returns to be processed once received.  

      You will receive an email with your credit in the form of a digital gift card once it is processed. (Check your Spam Folder for Credit Email)

      Please note that we do not offer exchanges for sizes/colors. We will issue a store credit for returned items (as long as all of our return criteria are met), and then you can use the credit to purchase the item you need.

      DAMAGED ITEMS

      • Should you receive a damaged item, please email support@tiffanylane.net within 24 hours of delivery.
      • Please include DAMAGE in your email subject line.  
      • Include your order number.
      • Attach a photo of the damaged item.
      • We will respond within 1 business day.
